Blitz achieve Clubmark
Haringey based American Football team London Blitz has successfully gained Clubmark status via PRO-Active North London. The American Football Club has been working in close partnership with P-ANL to achieve the prestigious Clubmark status. PRO-Active
London Blitz Clubmark lead, Jason Henry said: ‘The Clubmark process was made easier by the ease of communication between myself and P-ANL with regular face to face meetings and telephone calls. Working on this would have been much harder had it not been managed so well by David Blitz, P-ANL Development Manager.’
Jason continued by saying, ‘The club is absolutely delighted at the achievement of Club Mark accreditation.
The club and coaches have worked hard to make the programme a model not just for American football but for sport in general. The coaching staff is excited that Sport England and Clubmark have recognised their effort and achievements.
Getting Clubmark was only made possible by the great support of PRO Active, Haringey council, John Lewis Partnership and British American Football Association (BAFA)’.
