The Lancashire Wolverines and Lancashire Wolverine Colts are pleased to announce their annual Rookie Camp for the 2010 season. The camp will take place on Sunday 10th January 2010 at the indoor astrodome at St Joseph's R.C. High School in Horwich, Bolton.

The Lancashire Wolverines is the senior kitted team representing the Lancashire Academy of American Football, and is open to all players aged 19 and upwards. The Wolverine Colts are the youth kitted team of the Academy, and is available to players aged 16 to 19. The Colts are coming off a particularly successful season, having finished second in Great Britain during the 2009 season and are looking to build on that success during 2010.

The Youth portion of the rookie camp will start at 10am sharp, with players asked to check-in at the Astrodome between 9.30 and 10am. The youth camp will run until 1pm.

The Senior portion of the camp will start at 1pm, with players asked to check-in between 12.30 and 1pm. The senior camp will run until 4pm.

All players are asked to wear tracksuit/shorts/t-shirt along with suitable footwear for Astroturf. The rookie camp will be unkitted and will focus on introducing all players to the game and the different positions on both sides of the ball. No previous knowledge of American Football is required.
