After their most successful season to date, reaching the BAFL Division 2 semi final, the Glasgow Tigers are looking to recruit more players for the 2010 season. A number of induction days are planned to allow new players to take part in drills and try some of the equipment needed in the sport .

The Glasgow Tigers made their second long trip in as many weeks for this semi final playoff game against the Leicester Falcons at Leicester Forest Rugby Club. The Tigers were attempting to continue an unbeaten season on the road while the Falcons had been dominant at home all season. Something had to give.

Staffordshire Surge hosted the Glasgow Tigers this Sunday in a quarter-final playoff game at Stoke Rugby Club. The sport started here in 1983 and this is the first time that a local club had ever hosted a playoff game in Stoke on Trent.

The Glasgow Tigers ended the regular season with an impressive 8 – 2 record with this convincing 32 – 0 win against a sturdy Hull Hornets side, and now look forward to playoff action on 30th August.
With quarterback Matt McCusker back at the helm, passing for two touchdowns and running in another, the Glasgow Tigers clinched the Scottish Conference and assured themselves of playoff action for the first time in five years.
