Pirates Announce Rookie Trials

Scotland ’s number one American Football club are preparing to kick their preparations for the 2008 season into gear with their open trials for new players.


The trials are to be held between 1:00pm -4:00pm on Sunday 6^th January at Brancumhall Sports Grounds, East Kilbride and will comprise a short introductory session outlining the game and explaining a little about American football in the UK, followed by some physical trials and a chance for keen new recruits to give the various positions a try. Dress appropriately for training on grass in July and anyone who already owns pads and a helmet are encouraged to bring them along.
