The Coventry Cassidy Jets survived a bruising battle with the Bristol Aztecs to come away with a well deserved 28-15 win. The two sides met for the fourth time with the Jets maintaining their 100% record over their southern visitors whilst extending their lead at the top of the table.

The Coventry Cassidy Jets continued their unbeaten start to the British League season with a well earned 46-12 victory over the East Kilbride Pirates. Dax Michelena was again in impressive form throwing for 250 yards and 4 touchdowns whilst adding an 85 yard score on the ground in conditions that could only be described as appalling.

In last weekends re-match of 2007’s Britbowl game the Coventry Cassidy Jets came away with a resounding 41-15 victory over the defending champions London Blitz. The result marked a staggering four year turn around that has seen the Jets climb from worst to first, with 35 wins in their last 37 games, in one of the greatest stories in American football’s 25 year UK history.

In a re-match of 2007’s National Championship game the Coventry Cassidy Jets came away with a resounding 41-15 victory over the London Blitz. Cornerback Dominic Olney led the way for the Jets, as well as leading the team in tackles with 6 he also broke up 4 passes and intercepted another whilst his 95 yard fumble recovery marked his second touchdown in as many games.
