Hurricanes help the kids.

Dundee Hurricanes took timeout from pre season training to present a cheque to Graham Waggot of Radio Tay, the money was raised with a raffle at the Hurricanes Super Bowl Night. The money will see its way into the stations "Caring for Kids" charity and will go to help needy kids in the Dundee area.
  
Chief fundraiser Stevie Cook explained, "The radio station has been good to us over the years so we were delighted to give the raffle proceeds to help others in the area". The charity will become the clubs official charity for the year.
  
The Hurricanes facing there inaugural BAFL1 campaign have seen a significant increase in numbers, but are still opening the doors to anyone with a interest in the game on or off the field and invite enquiries to club General Manager Charlie Campbell on 07919 901464.
