With pre-season training well under way and going strong, the Ipswich Cardinals are also in training for another challenge. On Sunday March 7^th, all players, coaches, cheerleaders and committee members will be gathering together at our home ground, Northgate Sports Centre, for the annual sponsored run.

Raising money to help with player and team costs, we will be individually completing as many laps of the Northgate 400 metre track as possible in a one hour period. With team costs running into the thousands per season this is an important fundraiser for the Cardinals.
