As part of the Birmingham Bulls expansion plans we are looking for coaches for all teams and positions within the club, from our flag football program, youth and junior contact teams up to the Head Coach position on our BAFL Premier senior team. We will welcome applications from coaches of all levels of experience and qualification; we can offer training with our coach education programme, and assistance with BAFCA application and qualification. Candidates need to have a love of the game, the desire to learn, an ability to work well with others, and be prepared to help pass on the skills they have learnt to other coaches

We currently have a young dedicated senior team squad who have shown that what they lack in experienced they make up for with heart. We are looking for the right coaches to expand the team and take them into the 2009 season. Waiting in the wings we have growing youth and junior squads that have some very talented young athletes who will be competing in the league next season. Our flag football program kicked off this autumn and currently numbers three teams with more joining in the future, these teams have rookie coaches who need experienced coaches to mentor them.

Being based in the centre of a large metropolitan area we have a rich player recruitment area along with very good links with local university football teams and attract players from all over the Midlands and beyond. We are forging partnerships with the local education authorities to secure funding to employ coaches to run flag football as an after school activity within the community, which we plan to expand into a city wide flag league. We are working towards building a family of teams which will help keep the Birmingham Bulls club at the top of the British American football for another 25 years.

We have a great training facility with grass and flood lit Astroturf training pitches, with onsite storage for our good selection of Gilman training equipment including step over bags, blocking dummies and shields, 2 man Shute, and 3 man blocking sled.

If you would like to be part of the New Birmingham Bulls and help to build a winning football club then please send you coaching CV to:
