Congratulations to the Clyde Valley Falcons who won the first ever BAFL Junior Contact National Championship Title on Saturday in Grangemouth.
Originally scheduled to take place on September 7th in Manchester but postponed due to the inclement weather, the tournament finally got underway in Grangemouth much to the relief of everyone.
In the semi finals the two Scottish teams prevailed with the Glasgow Tigers edging out the Manchester Titans 27-18 and the Clyde Valley Falcons defeating the Chorley Buccaneers 34-12.
In the third/fourth place playoff game the Manchester Titans edged past Chorley by just one point winning 20-19.
And then onto the final when the Falcons prevailed in a 70 point shoot out coming out on the right side of a 37-33 scoreline.
